What would happen if we gave ourselves time to ‘switch off’, stop and stand still?

Our lives can be intricate, often highly complex and sometimes truly overwhelming.

“88% of people would seek counselling for a problem before it gets out of hand”

Looking after our mental health and wellbeing has increasingly gathered more attention in the media, reflecting the increase in our confidence to reach out for support when we need it.

People come to counselling for many different reasons including anxiety, low mood, stress or in response to life changing events.

In therapy you are invited to recoup and connect with yourself, to find your strength, resilience and your truth. An open, non-judgemental therapeutic relationship is fertile ground for this growth.
